We loved this hotel: location and staff were all perfect. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

Location was cute, accommodating place to stay. The staff here was ALWAYS POLITE - really great service & pleasant communication. The food was good and included muffins, pastries, pancakes, fresh fruit and cheese. A local market and the markets were right next door. We appreciated our brilliant staying.

Came in Rome to relax and have fun, this hotel was brilliant base for doing it. Had huge deluxe queen room with coffee and tea, for example. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware worked well.

Would recommend to others. The hotel was very clean and had nice location and staff. Kudos to barista. There was Massa Giulio, max 5 mins walk to, truly enjoyed their meals...
